Shipping policy

Canada-Wide Shipping:

We offer Canada-wide shipping with Purolator.

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Local Pickup:

Online orders are now to be picked up from The 5Fifty5 Shop (In the SickKids Atrium, next to the Parking Elevators)

Our pickup hours are Monday to Friday between 10:00am and 4:00pm.

All orders placed before 2:00 pm on weekdays are usually ready by 4:00 pm the same day.

All orders placed after 2:00 pm on a Friday will not be ready until Monday morning.
