If you would like to have your gift delivered to a patient or family at SickKids, please be sure to checkout using the "Local Pickup" option to ensure that you are not charged for delivery. A volunteer will pick up your gift from the shop and deliver it to the patient or family within SickKids.

Patient gift delivery is available Monday to Friday (10am - 4pm).

We offer local pickup from The 5Fifty5 Shop in the SickKids atrium. We are conveniently located on the main floor, just next to the parking elevators.

We are open Monday to Sunday (10am - 4pm).

Orders placed after 3pm on Fridays will be processed on Monday morning after 10am.
